UAE-based healthtech startup Vitalls has secured a $1.5 million investment commitment from Singapore-based EST Growmore, the investment arm of EST Group, as part of its seed funding round. The agreement also includes an option for an additional $1 million investment.
The announcement was made on October 21, 2026, during the Abu Dhabi Future Health Summit. EST Growmore will join the round as an anchor investor, supporting Vitalls' plans to develop and roll out its AI-powered digital health passport.
Vitalls Secures $1.5 Million from EST Growmore
Vitalls is developing a digital health passport that allows individuals and families to securely store, manage, and share their medical records across healthcare providers and countries.
Medical records are often spread across hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and different healthcare systems. When people move between countries or receive treatment from multiple providers, accessing their complete medical history can become difficult. This can lead to repeated medical tests, delays in treatment, and gaps in patient information.
Vitalls aims to address this problem by providing users with a central platform to manage their health records and share them with healthcare providers of their choice, with their consent.
How Vitalls Plans to Use the Funding
The investment will support the development and rollout of Vitalls' digital health passport. The company is targeting internationally mobile individuals, families, and enterprises that need easier access to health records across different locations and healthcare systems.
Alongside the financial investment, the agreement will allow Vitalls and EST Growmore to explore strategic opportunities across distribution, product development, and partnerships.
These opportunities may involve companies within EST Group's telecommunications and healthcare investment portfolio. The collaboration is intended to help Vitalls expand its reach in the region and international markets.
EST Growmore Joins as Anchor Investor
EST Growmore is the investment arm of Singapore-based EST Group, which has interests in telecommunications and healthcare. Its investment in Vitalls reflects an interest in digital health solutions focused on improving access to medical information.
The agreement was signed by Mehdi Bouchenak, founder of Vitalls, and Dr. Sindhu Bhaskar, chairman of EST Group.
For Vitalls, the partnership provides funding alongside the opportunity to explore commercial relationships and distribution channels through EST Group's network.
