Singapore-Based Vizzio Technologies Teamed up with Foxconn Industrial Internet and INGRASYS

For smart manufacturing, Singapore-based Vizzio Technologies, Foxconn Industrial Internet (FII), an electrical equipment division of Foxconn, and INGRASYS, an AI-focused Foxconn subsidiary, have partnered.

The trio claimed they will employ advanced satellite images and artificial intelligence to create immersive 3D renderings of industrial environments for WEF Lighthouse Factories worldwide.

As AI, IoT, and real-time analytics are integrated into digital twins, virtual reproductions of actual settings, industry operations are being transformed.

Precision, adaptability, and sustainability in manufacturing processes are improved by this technology, defining Industry 4.0 standards. Vizzio Technologies and Fii created the first live 3D digital twin of FII’s global manufacturing locations, a smart manufacturing milestone.

This feat showcases Vizzio Technologies’ technological capabilities and establishes a new bar for manufacturing digital innovation. Companies may monitor, evaluate, and optimize their operations in real time by establishing a digital twin of a production site, improving efficiency and productivity.

FIIi’s WEF-certified Lighthouse Factories worldwide will standardize digital twin experiences through this alliance. It also shows Vizzio Technologies, FII, and INGRASYS’ dedication to manufacturing innovation and excellence.

This effort intends to develop a uniform and standardized digital twin platform for global production sites by using each partner’s strengths and skills. The cooperation creates lifelike 3D models using Vizzio satellite imagery and AI, outperforming previous methods.

This advanced technological integration creates detailed and precise digital representations of real settings, improving decision-making and operational efficiency. Satellite imaging and AI make digital twins accurate, scalable, and adaptive to different industrial environments.

Vizzio’s quick 3D mapping approach merges cutting-edge street views and indoor/outdoor 3D maps, decreasing digital twin generation expenses compared to LIDAR. More enterprises may use digital twin technology thanks to this cost-effective strategy, democratizing innovative manufacturing technologies.

Vizzio Technologies is helping companies adopt and benefit from digital twins by lowering costs and time. The cooperation also installs POLYTRON 4K 360 cameras for real-time virtual tours, operational efficiency, and sustainability.

These realistic, interactive real-time 3D virtual tours let stakeholders remotely monitor and oversee production operations. This reduces site trips and improves team transparency and collaboration.

“Partnering with Vizzio Technologies to build digital twins for our Lighthouse Factories demonstrates our commitment to innovation and sustainable manufacturing practices,” said
Zongchang Liu, Chief Data Officer (CDO) of FII. This collaboration is a testament to our dedication to driving technological advancements that shape the future of industries, By leveraging the capabilities of digital twins, we are able to enhance our operational efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve our sustainability goals,” he added.

Foxconn Group’s FII division, which assembles goods for Apple, innovates in smart manufacturing, industrial internet solutions, cloud computing, and AI. The company was founded to use Foxconn’s manufacturing skills to lead Industry 4.0 technology development.
