Wamda Capital Joins $1.3M Pre-Seed Round for BloomPath to Transform Team Performance with AI

BloomPath has raised $1.3 million in a pre-seed funding round, led by RAED Ventures and supported by Wamda Capital, Ulu Ventures, and +VC.

The AI-powered platform offers tools built into daily work to give real-time feedback, track goals, and help teams improve their performance.

The funds will help speed up product development, hire more skilled personnel, and increase the number of customers worldwide.

BloomPath, a US-based software platform using AI to improve performance management, has raised $1.3 million in a pre-seed funding round. The round was led by RAED Ventures, with support from Ulu Ventures, Wamda Capital, +VC, and well-known angel investors.

Founded in 2024 by Mohamed Kotb and Ahmed Gad, BloomPath develops software that integrates into daily workflows to help teams align, track progress, and improve performance through data-driven insights.

“I couldn’t be more excited to welcome this incredible group of investors and partners to BloomPath’s journey,” said Ahmed Gad, Co-Founder and CEO of BloomPath. “Their belief in our vision—and in the problem we’re solving—means the world. This isn’t just capital; it’s the momentum we need to redefine how teams work and perform.”

The platform, called the “Apple Watch for the workplace,” works smoothly with the tools that engineering and product teams already use. It provides real-time coaching, performance updates, and helps teams stay on track, without needing to switch between different apps.

Clint Korver, Co-Founder & Managing Director at Ulu Ventures, said:

“BloomPath is reimagining how engineering organizations operate. It gives leaders instant clarity on whether their teams are focused on high-impact priorities and empowers engineers with purpose and transparency. It’s a systems-level innovation—and exactly the kind of thinking we love back at Ulu.”

Saeed Amidi, Co-Founder of RAED Ventures, added:

“BloomPath isn’t just solving a problem—it’s reshaping how modern organizations operate. With AI at its core and continuous management as its engine, BloomPath offers leaders a new way to drive performance at scale.”

Fadi Ghandour, Executive Chairman of Wamda Capital, commented:

“I’ve long believed that the future of work will be shaped by founders who deeply understand both people and technology. BloomPath delivers just that—an AI-powered platform that helps leaders keep teams aligned, focused, and performing at their best. It’s an ambitious, timely product—and we’re proud to back this globally minded team.”

The new funding will help BloomPath build its product more quickly, hire additional engineers, and attract new customers. The company’s founders have worked at top tech firms like Apple, Amazon, Google, and Waymo, and they’re focused on helping businesses succeed by building strong, motivated teams.
