Wiffy, a platform that provides post-sales installation and maintenance services, has raised US$3 million in Series A funding.

Wiffy provides installation, maintenance, warranty, and field services through an AI-powered platform. The company operates in more than 100 cities across India with a network of over 5,000 certified technicians.
The company works with more than 100 well-known brands, including IKEA, Panasonic, Godrej, Hettich, and Amazon, to deliver reliable after-sales services.
Wiffy says it has already served more than one million homes across India. Its AI-powered platform helps make installation and service requests faster, more efficient, and easier to manage.
Founded in 2019 by Vikram Sharma and Deepanshu Goyal, Wiffy operates a field services platform that helps home improvement and consumer durable brands manage installation, maintenance, and warranty services.
The platform also supports post-sales services, making it easier for companies to provide fast and reliable customer support after a product is purchased.
