Wingify Buys AI-Powered User Research Startup Blitzllama

Wingify, the parent company of the experience optimization platform VWO and supported by Everstone Capital, has acquired Blitzllama, an AI-based user insights platform. Blitzllama helps teams collect and understand real-time customer feedback so they can take better action.

This acquisition makes VWO stronger by adding ongoing, AI-driven user research to its platform, which is used by thousands of teams around the world. Existing Blitzllama customers will be smoothly moved to the VWO platform without losing access to their data or support.

With this integration, product teams will be able to understand not only what users do on their products, but also why they do it, helping them make clearer, data-backed improvements.

Founded in 2021 by Rahul Mallapur, Joel Koshy, and Bently Nixon, Blitzllama created an AI-powered platform that helps fast-growing digital businesses understand their users better. The platform works with leading fintech and retail brands to collect feedback directly from within apps and websites.

Blitzllama uses AI to study customer reviews, support chats, and interviews at scale. It summarizes open-ended responses, finds common themes, and measures customer sentiment, helping teams quickly understand what users are saying.

Part of Y Combinator’s Winter 2022 batch and backed by 2am VC and other SaaS investors, Blitzllama helps companies make faster and better product decisions using real user feedback.
