Winn.AI raises $18 million Series A round led by Insight Partners

Winn.AI, a startup that offers an AI-powered platform for sales teams with real-time guidance and support, has raised $18 million in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Insight Partners, Mangusta Capital, and S Capital, with additional participation from Moneta, HighSage, Alumni Ventures, Sarona Ventures, and OurCrowd.

WINN.AI was founded in 2022 by Eldad Posten-Koren (CEO) and Bar Halveh (CTO). The company works with several well-known tech companies such as Deel, Cyera, Intercom, Kaseya, WalkMe, and Snyk. It currently has around 40 employees in its offices in Israel and the United States.

The company will use the newly raised funds to grow its presence in the U.S. market and strengthen its development center in Israel. It also plans to hire more developers and fill other important roles.

“Every sales leader knows exactly what a winning call sounds like, but they can’t be in the room to guide it every time,” said Eldad Postan-Koren, CEO and Co-Founder of Winn.AI. “We let AI handle the ‘science’ of the sale so the rep is free to master the ‘art’ of the connection. Our customers see the quality of conversations rise immediately: the AI ensures consistency, and the human ensures trust.”

Until now, most AI tools for sales have been reactive, meaning they only recorded and analyzed calls after they were finished.

Winn.AI works differently. Its system listens to calls in real time, spots objections and technical questions, and gives the salesperson the exact answers they need from the company’s knowledge base.

Today, a big challenge for sales teams is that the strategies planned in meetings often don’t get applied properly during real sales conversations.

Winn.AI solves this by turning the company’s sales playbook into a real-time tool. The platform guides every conversation, showing the stages, what information to collect and the best ways to answer questions and handle objections. It syncs with CRM systems and ensures the sales process is followed, helping teams close more deals and work more efficiently.
