XFOLIO, a new platform for managing wealth and treasury operations, has just raised $2 million in Seed funding, fully backed by Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP). This funding will help XFOLIO grow its product, expand into new markets in the Middle East, North Africa (MENA), and Europe, and build strong partnerships.
The company was founded in 2024 by Anis Rahal, a successful entrepreneur who previously started TreasuryXpress, which was later bought by Bottomline Technologies. XFOLIO’s goal is to make institutional wealth management easier and more accessible.
The platform helps banks, family offices, and wealth managers bring all their financial assets—whether traditional or alternative—into one place.
It also automates processes and provides clear visual insights, using standard financial messaging tools in a way that hasn’t been done before.
“We believe XFOLIO is building the future of enterprise wealthtech,” said Jad El Boustani, Partner at MEVP. “Anis and the co-founders bring unmatched expertise in financial connectivity and portfolio management. Their solution addresses a critical gap in the market: modern, cost-effective tools for mid-sized wealth managers who legacy systems have left behind. It is an honor to be working again with Anis and his team.”
“At XFOLIO, we believe that Treasury and Wealth Management should be unified into a single, seamless system. Both sectors depend on one critical success factor: real-time connectivity to market data providers.
We find the current pricing in the market to be excessive, largely due to legacy systems that fail to leverage modern, cutting-edge technologies.
XFOLIO is here to change that. We’re introducing fair, transparent pricing – and our mission is to democratize access to both Treasury and Wealth Management solutions.” said Anis Rahal, Co-founder and CEO of XFOLIO.
XFOLIO brings together portfolio management and treasury automation in one easy-to-use, cloud-based platform. It connects with banks, ERP systems, CRMs, and data providers and supports many types of assets — from stocks and bonds to real estate, art, and collectables.
Unlike traditional systems that are often expensive, XFOLIO has a disruptive pricing model starting at just $40/month, making it affordable for many institutions that couldn’t access such tools before.
The new Seed funding will help XFOLIO grow its market presence and continue developing new features, including AI-powered investment suggestions and trading between multiple banks. The company already has several clients and key partners lined up.
XFOLIO is a fintech company based in France and Lebanon that is changing the way modern financial institutions manage wealth. Created by a team with substantial experience in treasury and wealth management,
XFOLIO provides a single platform where users can track their portfolios, manage treasury tasks, and make smart decisions using data—all in one place.
