Zoho Launches Vikra & Zoho IoT at Zoholics India

The global technology giant Zoho, with its headquarters in Chennai, has released two new products: Zoho IoT, a scalable and user-friendly low-code platform that helps organizations create and implement unique Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, and Vikra, a seller app on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) network.

Additionally, the corporation reported that in 2023, its customer base in India increased by 31%. The announcements were made during the company’s yearly user conference, Zoholics India.

Zoho is also designing and implementing narrow, small, medium, and big language models for specific product use cases to improve its AI capabilities. Zoho uses business context to help organizations gain meaningful insights for decision-making with AI. The company prioritizes privacy by not training AI models on consumer data.
