PALO IT Hong Kong Limited has partnered with Concept 4 Group to further its environmental efforts. PALO IT’s Impact Tracker gives Concept 4 a 360° perspective of environmental performance for ESG strategic decision-making.
Concept 4 is a worldwide fashion and cosmetics firm that was founded in 2003 and is certified as a B-Corp.
It provides a one-stop solution for the sourcing, designing, and development of premium GWPs, primary and secondary packaging, cosmetics, and lifestyle items. Concept 4, with its headquarters in Hong Kong, has operations in China, India, France, and the United States.
Concept 4 began the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) as part of their commitment to sustainability. PALO IT was tasked with creating the following solution to maximise its ESG journey.

PALO IT assessed ESG maturity, identified data gaps, and defined sustainability-aligned KPIs.800 data transformation rules in 10 countries addressed data inconsistency. Concept 4 can calculate Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions for 90% of turnover.

Surveys and automated (ERP, PLM) operations are included in the dashboards. This multifaceted picture allowed the corporation to track 2,500 items and comply with CSRD reporting frameworks.

Automating carbon accounting gives Concept 4 visibility across carbon subcategories. They may find carbon reduction measures and change 200+ supplier contracts to suit client ESG transparency requirements.
