Zepto

Quick commerce leader Zepto raises $340 million in follow-on investment, valuing it at $5 billion. This investment follows Zepto’s $665 million June funding, which valued the company at $3.6 billion.

General Catalyst led the newest round, with Dragon Fund and Epiq Capital partnering. Zepto’s development and prospects were backed by StepStone, Lightspeed, DST, and Contrary, who invested more.

SkyDrive

In the most recent of its Series C investment rounds, Japanese eVTOL aircraft company SkyDrive has raised $55 million. Inventum Ventures, Osaka Metro, Mizuho Bank, and Energy & Environment Investment.

Butlr

Physical AI (PAI) startup Butlr, situated in Japan,  Burlingame, CA, has secured $38 million in Series B funding.

Ray Stata, Joi Ito, Carrier, Qualcomm, GS Futures, DNX Ventures, and Pacific Alliance Venture were among the backers. The company plans to utilize the money to increase its footprint, mostly in assisted living facilities.

Leo Capital

The first closure of Leo Capital’s new $27.84 million Nordic Fund, which will invest in about 25 business-to-business (B2B) software businesses, has been announced by the early-stage venture capital firm.

The majority of the funding has come from Business Finland Venture Capital as well as a number of new and returning international investors.

TBC Bank Uzbekistan

The largest mobile-only bank in the nation, TBC Bank Uzbekistan (TBC UZ), said that it has Secured $25 million in debt Funding from a private debt fund managed by impact investor BlueOrchard Finance Ltd. (BlueOrchard), which is based in Switzerland.

Leading Australian company Shift, which offers credit and payment solutions, announced today that it has completed a $AUD35 million Series D investment round headed by Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital, SEA).

E Daddy

TransTRACK

TransTRACK, an Indonesian fleet-tracking startup, has announced the closure of its oversubscribed US$12 million Series A funding round. Eurazeo and Cocoon Capital led the round, which also saw participation from IFP Securities, Bintang Delapan, and AppWorks.

With the money, the logistics technology firm plans to quickly expand throughout Southeast Asia, with a focus on Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia

Myco

Myco, a UAE-based Web3 streaming platform, raised $10 million from leading venture investors in MENA, North America, and Europe in its first Series A fundraising.

Daman Investments, Aptos Labs, B Digital, Mocha Ventures, Art3 Foundation, Ghaf Capital Partners, Mix Media Network, Factor6 Capital Partners, Enjinstarter, and other strategic angel investors are key participants.

Convin

In its Series A investment round headed by India Quotient, conversation intelligence platform Convin raised $6.5 million from new investor JSW Ventures, Kalaari Capital, Titan Capital Winners Fund, Sparrow Capital, and 9Unicorns.

According to Convin, the money will be utilized to grow the core group and distribution networks.
