DesignX Raises $2 Million to Boost Smart Factory Solutions

Noida-based startup DesignX has raised $2 million in a Pre-Series A funding round. Rockstud Capital led the round.

Additional investors included We Founder Circle, Piper Serica, and some of DesignX’s existing clients who also participated in the round.

The funds will be used to help DesignX grow its presence across India and enter international markets.

The company also plans to improve its platform by strengthening its AI features and expanding integration capabilities.

Founded in 2015 by engineers Rajat and Nishant Srivastava, DesignX has developed a Digital Factory Operating System (Df-OS).

This system digitizes over 600 factory floor processes and connects with existing ERP, IoT, and enterprise tools to deliver real-time insights into factory operations.

DesignX works with major clients like Unilever, Suzuki, Dabur, Hero, and others in industries such as automotive, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals.

The company competes with other smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 startups like Precog, Infinite Uptime, and Lynkit.
