Bhindi.io Raises $4M Pre-Seed Funding to Build All-in-One AI Platform

Agentic AI startup Bhindi.io has raised $4 million in a pre-seed funding round, led by Cyber Fund—the same investor that supported founder Sowmay Jain’s earlier DeFi project, Fluid.io.

The company plans to use the money to build its product, grow its presence around the world, and expand its team and operations.

“Bhindi lets you mimic human behavior by setting up background agents. These are your shadow agents grinding for you. You can also give complex workflows,” said founder Sowmay Jain. It’s one app, powered by agents, designed to execute intent across domains. “This shift from ‘text-to-action’ toward ‘intent-to-action’ will redefine how humans interact with technology.”

Bhindi was founded this year by Sowmay Jain. It’s an all-in-one AI platform designed to replace the need for many different apps by serving as a single, smart interface between people and AI.

The platform includes over 300 built-in AI agents that take care of everyday tasks, allowing users to spend more time on big-picture thinking and strategy.

With Bhindi, users can keep track of their CoinDCX portfolio, log profits and losses, and receive smart Gmail alerts with useful market insights.

The platform also helps developers by reviewing GitHub pull requests, finding bugs or areas to improve using its Code Interpreter, and giving automatic, detailed feedback—saving time before doing manual checks.

Bhindi says it acts like a human assistant to cut down on micromanagement and help prevent burnout. Its AI agents work in the background 24/7, helping users stay productive—even when they’re not online.

So far, thousands of users have used Bhindi, sending over 333,000 messages across nearly 22,000 chats. The platform has also completed more than 52,000 tasks using its 300+ AI agents.
