NPrep Secures Funding to Expand AI Learning and Job Support for Nurses

NPrep, a startup focused on helping nursing students and professionals get jobs, has raised an undisclosed amount in a pre-seed funding round led by All In Capital.

Others who also invested include IIMA Ventures, Aayush Phumbhra (founder of U.S. edtech company Chegg), along with some family offices and angel investors.

The startup will use the funds to add more courses, improve its AI-based learning platform, and build stronger placement partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers across India.

“Just in the last six months, we have grown fourfold from 10,000 users to 40,000 users. And we have been developing these AI capabilities for both consumer-facing and internal company operations. The goal is to make a personalised environment for every nursing student. Hence, they are not dependent on anyone for their educational needs,” NPrep founder and CEO Kaushik said.

“The NPrep team has a deep understanding of the problem, product, and authentic mission-driven approach. With their medical backgrounds and tech-first mindset, they’re improving test prep and rebuilding trust,” Aditya Singh, partner at All In Capital.

Founded in 2024 by Prince Kaushik, Utkarsh Paliwal, and Gourav Khurana, Jodhpur-based NPrep is an AI-powered learning and job placement platform that helps improve nursing education.

The platform offers over 1300 hours of personalized training. It includes simulated hospital situations and automated tests based on each student’s strengths and weaknesses.

With its new funding NPrep plans to add more courses, enhance its AI learning system, and build stronger partnerships with hospitals for placements. The company aims to expand across India in FY26 and offer international job opportunities by FY27.

NPrep also uses generative AI to help students with tasks such as mock interviews and resume building. To support students in smaller towns, it is working on content in local languages.
