
Shreetech Data Pvt. Ltd, a company that builds digital infrastructure, has raised $4.5 million from Aarii Ventures (part of the Kothari family) and the Cello Family Office.
The company plans to use this money to expand its data centers, improve power infrastructure, and make its own equipment.

Founded in 1998 and based in Mumbai, Shreetech provides complete infrastructure solutions, including design, construction, technical audits, IT integration, and lifecycle management.

The company focuses on three main areas: data center and digital infrastructure, power infrastructure, and manufacturing of mission-critical components.
Shreetech has completed more than 100 data center projects and has over 500 MW of approved power capacity.
Its manufacturing unit, called Datalix, makes important infrastructure components like LV switchboards, smart PDUs, cable management systems, and data center ceiling systems. Producing these in-house helps the company maintain better quality, control costs, and deliver products faster.
In the data center sector, Shreetech offers complete solutions, including construction, mechanical and electrical work, IT networks, cloud and cybersecurity integration, and smart city systems. Its power projects include transmission lines, substations, and railway electrification.
The company’s revenue has grown from INR 88 crore in FY21 to INR 613 crore in FY25, achieving a 62% annual growth rate, mainly driven by its data infrastructure business.
