Kozystay and BaliSuperHost Join Forces to Build Indonesia’s Biggest Short-Term Rental Management Platform

On Tuesday, Kozystay, an Indonesian hospitality and short-term rental management startup, formed a strategic partnership with BaliSuperHost, the largest premium villa management company in Bali.

The duo said in a statement that this partnership creates Indonesia’s largest short-term rental management group, with a combined portfolio of more than 1,000 properties across the archipelago.

Through this partnership, Kozystay and BaliSuperHost plan to enter new markets such as Bogor, Surabaya, and Lombok, while also scaling up tech-enabled aparthotels and villa estates with the help of property developers.

Together, they aim to improve the experience for both guests and property investors by blending design, hospitality, and technology.

Their common goal is to transform how alternative stays are experienced — starting in Indonesia, then growing across the region, and eventually reaching a global scale.

According to the statement, the partnership represents a transformative moment for BaliSuperHost as it join forces with Kozystay to amplify its mission of creating lasting value for property owners and guests.

By combining BaliSuperHost’s villa management expertise with Kozystay’s technology and large-scale operations the company aims to operate more efficiently, grow faster, and deliver reliable high-quality service across the region.

“With BaliSuperHost joining the Kozystay family, this is not only about expanding our footprint and property portfolio, but also about creating synergy,” said Dane Putranto, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kozystay.

“We believe Kozystay can add value through efficiency and technology, bringing a new era of hospitality that blends innovation with service,

“At the same time, we can leverage BaliSuperHost’s operational excellence and strong portfolio of premium villas which align perfectly with our standards. Together, we will elevate guest experiences while maximizing returns for property owners,” he added.

Ian Luqi Liu, Managing Director of BaliSuperHost, said that at BaliSuperHost, the firm’s commitment has always been to create lasting value for both property owners and guests.

“Partnering with Kozystay allows us to amplify that mission—blending our trusted, hands-on villa expertise with Kozystay’s technology-driven solutions and large-scale management capabilities,

“Together, we will enhance efficiency, accelerate growth, and deliver consistently high-quality service across the region—ensuring our owners benefit from smarter, more reliable management, while our guests enjoy seamless and memorable stays,” he added.

Jonathan Nauleau and Nicolas Cheneve, Founders of BaliSuperHost, also said they are proud to see BaliSuperHost enter this new chapter with Kozystay.

“Their passion, vision, and proven expertise make them the right partner to carry forward what we built, while bringing fresh energy to accelerate growth,

“With Kozystay’s experience and shared commitment to excellence, we are confident that together we will strengthen our position and move closer to becoming the leading villa management company in Asia.” they added.

Indonesia’s property market is booming, with hundreds of thousands of apartments and a fast-growing villa industry, creating huge opportunities for professional operators to bring more value to property owners and offer better stays for guests.

At the same time, travel habits are changing — with more people working remotely, staying longer, and looking for flexible living options — which is boosting demand for alternative accommodations.

This partnership makes the combined group a top choice for both local and global investors looking for reliable property management in Indonesia.

Guests will also benefit from a wider range of high-quality stays and improved service.

Together, the companies form a powerful synergy — Kozystay with its tech-enabled approach and leading presence in short term rentals for apartments and aparthotels, and BaliSuperHost as the market leader with premium villas in Bali — combining to create the biggest tech-enabled short-term rental management group in this region, said the statement.
