
TAQA Distribution, a part of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), has partnered with Aldar to help create more sustainable and well-connected communities in Abu Dhabi.
Omar Al Hashmi, CEO of TAQA Distribution, and Adel Abdulla Albreiki, CEO of Aldar Projects signed the agreement.
Through this partnership, both companies will explore ways to collaborate across Aldar’s projects, focusing on enhancing utility services such as electricity and water while improving their efficiency and reliability.
TAQA Distribution will bring its strong expertise in designing, building, and running utility networks. This includes providing both temporary and permanent electricity and water solutions, reviewing infrastructure plans, supporting private utility networks, and finding new opportunities to use green and energy-saving technologies.
The collaboration also aims to reduce costs and enhance service quality by utilizing advanced digital tools and intelligent data systems.

The agreement also allows both companies to use new digital technologies in utility services. This includes tools like condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and data-based performance tracking.
These smart solutions will help make infrastructure more reliable, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. They will also support Aldar’s future projects to build inclusive, lively, and well-connected communities.
