Baby care quick commerce startup OZi has raised $3.3 million in seed funding, led by Blume Ventures.
The funding round also saw participation from Huddle Ventures, Bipin Shah’s Zeropearl VC, and Untitled.
It also included several angel investors, such as Gaurav Ajmera (CBO of Pristyn Care and founder of Vetic), Abhinav Sinha (COO of OYO and founder of Kluizz), Dhyanesh Shah (cofounder of Mosaic Wellness), Gian Singh (cofounder of Mi Arcus), Ramakant Sharma (cofounder of Livspace), and Naman Mawandia (cofounder of magicpin).
OZi will use the new funding to expand to more cities and add more baby care products to its platform. The company also plans to improve its delivery network to keep its 30-minute delivery promise and build more partnerships with brands.
Founded this year by serial entrepreneur Amit Sah, OZi offers a wide range of baby products — including apparel, diapers, and toys — all delivered in under 30 minutes.
The startup is led by Arushi Arora (formerly with Urban Company and BCG) and Charishma Motwani (formerly with Cars24 and BCG), who bring strong consumer and tech expertise to the team.
OZi started operations in September and is currently active in Gurugram. The company plans to use the new funding to expand to more cities and add more products to its catalog.
The startup offers baby care items from popular brands like Cetaphil, Nestle, Huggies, and Chicco, and its app is available on both Android and iOS.
