Dezerv Secures INR 350 Crore in Series C Funding Led by Premji Invest

Wealthtech startup Dezerv has raised INR 350 crore (around $39.4 million) in its Series C funding round. The round was led by existing investors Premji Invest and Accel’s Global Growth Fund, with participation from Elevation Capital and Z47.

Dezerv plans to use the new funding to improve its customer experience and offer more investment options across different types of assets.

The company also aims to strengthen its technology, hire more relationship managers, and work towards becoming a full-service wealth management platform for families.

“India’s wealth creators have built their wealth through hard work, grit and sacrifice, and it deserves to be managed with the same determination and care with which it was created,” said Sandeep Jethwani, Co-founder of Dezerv.

“Dezerv is taking a long-term view of wealth management to build an enduring financial institution. The company is serving India’s emerging class of wealth creators with a deep focus on trust, technology, and disciplined investing,” said Abhinav Chaturvedi, Partner at Accel.

Dezerv was founded in 2021 by Sahil Contractor, Sandeep Jethwani, and Vaibhav Porwal as an invite-only wealth management platform.

Later, it became open to all users, offering personalized investment solutions for senior professionals and high-net-worth individuals across different asset classes.

By the end of 2025, the company plans to introduce new options, such as bonds, REITs, InvITs, loans, and credit cards, aiming to become a single platform for managing both personal and family finances.

The startup serves clients from more than 200 cities and helps over 5 lakh investors track assets worth ₹2 lakh crore.

It currently manages over ₹14,000 crore across Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), and distribution portfolios.
