Uniphore, a conversational automation unicorn, has raised $260 million (around INR 2,279 crore) in its Series F funding round, led by NVIDIA.
The round also included participation from AMD, Snowflake, Databricks, and existing investors NEA and March Capital.
This funding values Uniphore at $2.5 billion, the same valuation it reached when it became a unicorn in February 2022.
The company plans to use the funds to enhance its platform, expand partnerships, and scale operations globally across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia. It also aims to pursue acquisitions, including Orby AI and Autonom8, to strengthen its automation and data capabilities.
Our Series F raise marks an exciting milestone for Uniphore. It is unlike most fundraises because, in addition to top-tier financial investors, we are joined by the world’s top AI and data companies,” said Umesh Sachdev, Co-founder and CEO, Uniphore. “This unique combination of capital and strategic alignment validates Uniphore’s position as the Business AI leader. We are seeing exponential adoption from Fortune 500 and other large companies, and this investment allows us to deliver even greater impact and accelerate innovation on behalf of our customers worldwide.”
“We see Uniphore as a leader in business AI, enabling an agentic enterprise,” said Hemant Dhulla, Vice President of NVIDIA AI Software.
Founded in 2008, Uniphore provides an enterprise AI platform that connects a company’s records, knowledge, and workflows. Its Business AI Cloud helps organizations use AI agents to automate tasks while keeping data and governance secure.
The platform is used by over 2,000 companies, including many Fortune 500 firms, to automate customer support, HR tasks, and supply chain processes. Uniphore says its platform has led to a 31% increase in self-service and saved 500 hours per month in support work.
The company makes money through subscription-based software and AI deployment services for businesses. It competes with other enterprise automation and conversational AI companies like Observe.AI, Kore.ai, and Cognigy.
