Primech will use this investment to grow its robotics research, product development and manufacturing capacity. The funds will help improve factory readiness, strengthen daily operations, and expand the use of Hytron robots in offices, malls, airports, and other commercial spaces. Part of the money will also be used as working capital to support the steady growth of Primech’s main facilities management business.
This deal also strengthens the long-term partnership between Primech Holdings and WELLE. It builds on their earlier cooperation in robotics and smart operations.
