Dhun Wellness, a luxury wellness brand, has raised $4 million (around INR 36.6 crore) in a new funding round. The investment came from SRF Ltd and Havells India.
Several Indian family offices also joined the round. These include Arushi Aayush Agrawal of Inspira Global, Ash Lilani of Saama Capital, Abhishek Goyal of Tracxn, Sanjay Kapoor of Genesis Luxury, and others.
The company plans to use this money to expand to Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad, and also to open a physical wellness centre in the Delhi NCR region.
Some of the new funding will be used to improve medical and long-life wellness services and to make daily operations better across all centres.
Dhun Wellness was founded in 2023 by Mira Kapoor, the wife of actor Shahid Kapoor. It started as a rejuvenation and wellness centre offering spa and healing therapies.
The brand’s main centre in Bandra, Mumbai, opened in May 2025.
This centre provides regenerative facials, Ayurvedic treatments, and other wellness therapies to help people relax, heal, and feel refreshed.
In the future, Dhun Wellness plans to build a complete longevity-focused wellness division, focusing on preventive care, personalised wellness plans, and long-term health improvement.
