Cigna Healthcare in Hong Kong has announced the third year of its partnership with the global fitness competition HYROX, highlighting its continued focus on promoting active lifestyles, preventive healthcare and stronger community engagement.
Cigna Healthcare in Hong Kong first partnered with HYROX in 2024 to launch the first HYROX Open Asian Championship. The event will return to AsiaWorld‑Expo from 8–10 May 2026, and the competition continues to grow quickly in Hong Kong, with more than 17,500 racers already registered for the upcoming race.
“Cigna Healthcare Health Moves”: Expanding Preventive Health Beyond HYROX Race Day
Cigna Healthcare in Hong Kong is expanding its activities beyond race day through Cigna Healthcare Health Moves, a series of initiatives designed to encourage regular physical activity and preventive health.
The first initiative, the Cigna Healthcare Community Run, will launch on 18 April 2026 with the theme “Empower Your Health Moves.” The event will feature well-known personalities and athletes, including Hong Kong singer-songwriter On Chan and Hong Kong women’s high jump record holder Cecilia Yeung.
Both guests will join Cigna’s customers and members of the community for guided runs and HYROX-style training sessions, encouraging people to stay active and make fitness part of their daily lives.
