NudgeBee, an agentic AI platform, has raised US$3 million in its seed funding round. The investment was led by Kalaari Capital, with support from other tech founders.
The company will use this money to improve its AI platform, expand its enterprise system, and grow its business by selling directly to companies and through partners.
“AI costs, especially compute and token costs, will become a major challenge. Enterprises will need dedicated systems with strong memory architecture to reduce repeated inference costs,” founder Rakesh Rajendran said. He added that relying only on frontier models is not sustainable at scale. Platforms that manage cost, memory, and execution together will have an edge.
“When you install NudgeBee, it understands your applications, infrastructure, dependencies and workflows. It builds a ‘brain’ underneath,” Rajendran explained, adding that this layer keeps learning at multiple levels
“NudgeBee stands out in its ability to connect signals across the stack and translate them into reliable action while integrating seamlessly with existing engineering workflows. With strong early traction, the team is building a platform that reflects how modern cloud teams actually operate,” said Sampath P, Partner, Kalaari Capital.
Founded in 2024 by Rakesh Rajendran and Shiv Pratap Singh, NudgeBee creates AI agents for cloud operations teams to help automate tasks, reduce manual work, and fix issues faster.
Its platform offers AI tools for SRE, CloudOps, and FinOps, helping with things like troubleshooting problems, saving cloud costs, and automating workflows.
It also uses a smart system that connects different types of data—like logs, infrastructure details, past issues, and workflow history—so the AI can understand problems better and give more accurate solutions.
