
Lanson Place Hospitality Management Limited has announced that Louis Chang has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.
Before joining Lanson Place Hospitality Management Limited, Louis Chang worked as the Owners’ Representative at New World Development Company. He managed 21 luxury hotels across Greater China and Southeast Asia. He also worked for five years at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and spent over 20 years in senior finance roles at Hyatt Asia Pacific.
At Lanson Place, Louis will report directly to CEO Michael Hobson. His main role will be to help grow the business, improve performance, and enhance the guest experience.
He brings strong experience in luxury hospitality, especially in improving operations and managing both hotel and residential services.

Lanson Place is fully owned by Wing Tai Properties Limited, a company listed in Hong Kong.
Lanson Place currently manages eight properties under its brand, including hotels and residences in cities like Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, and Melbourne.
It also manages other properties such as Two MacDonnell Road in Hong Kong and Yiju Apartment in Shenzhen.
