Apna Mart Raises $12.7 Mn Series C to Expand Quick Commerce Business Across India

Apna Mart (Fleet Labs Technologies Private Limited) has raised ₹120 crore (around US$12.7 million) in a Series C funding round. The round was co-led by its existing investors, Accel India and Fundamentum, with participation from Peak XV Partners.

VERTICES PARTNERS served as the legal advisor to Apna Mart for this funding round. The firm had also advised the company during its earlier Series A and Series B funding rounds.
The legal team was led by Vinayak Burman, Founder and Managing Partner at VERTICES PARTNERS, along with Vishal Mehta, Partner. Team members Nisha Dharod and Abhishikha Moyal also supported the transaction.
Apna Mart will use the new funding to invest in its business, improve its working capital, and support its expansion across India.
Founded by Abhishek Singh and Chetan Garg, Apna Mart operates a franchise-based quick commerce platform focused on Tier II and Tier III cities. The company delivers groceries through local neighborhood stores and competes with Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto.
The Series C funding comes just over a year after Apna Mart raised around US$25 million in its Series B round, led by Accel and Fundamentum.
Apna Mart said its operating revenue grew 2.5 times to ₹500 crore in FY26. However, the company did not reveal its profit or loss for the year.
In FY25, Apna Mart reported ₹185 crore in operating revenue and a net loss of ₹76 crore. Earlier this year, the company also laid off around 10% of its workforce and moved its headquarters from Bengaluru to Gurugram.
