Astra International, through its subsidiary PT Astra Sehat Nusantara, has completed the acquisition of Heartology Cardiovascular Hospital. This investment is part of Astra’s expansion focus in the healthcare sector.

Astra International’s investment in Heartology Cardiovascular Hospital reflects Astra’s belief that Indonesia’s healthcare sector has good prospects.
Astra’s initial steps into the healthcare sector began in 2021 through investment in the Halodoc healthcare platform, and then investment in Hermina Hospital in 2022. After completing the acquisition of Heartology Cardiovascular Hospital with an investment value of IDR 643 billion, Astra’s total investment in the healthcare sector has reached US$ 275 million or equivalent to IDR 4.2 trillion.
In addition, Astra through Astra Otoparts has produced 24 types of medical devices using the ‘GRIN’ brand.
