Asus will launch its ProArt P16 AI laptop in Singapore on October 30, 2026, targeting content creators, developers, and professionals who need powerful computing for artificial intelligence (AI) and creative workloads. The laptop will start at S$6,599 (approximately US$5,200).
The Taiwanese technology company said the ProArt P16 features Nvidia RTX Spark technology and supports up to 128GB of unified memory. The device is designed to run demanding AI tasks locally, reducing reliance on cloud-based services for supported workloads.
ProArt P16 Specifications and Pricing
According to the launch details reported by Savepoint Gaming, the ProArt P16 will be available in three memory configurations in Singapore. The entry-level model comes with 48GB of memory and costs S$6,599. A 64GB version is priced at S$7,499, while the top-end model with 128GB of unified memory costs S$11,099.
The laptop features a 16-inch OLED touchscreen with a 3,840 × 2,400 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Selected configurations also offer HDR peak brightness of up to 1,600 nits. Other features include stylus support, USB4 Type-C ports, HDMI 2.1 connectivity, and an SD Express 7.0 card reader.
On-Device AI and Creative Software
Asus is positioning the ProArt P16 for users who want to run AI models and creative applications directly on their computers. Its high-memory configuration is designed to support demanding generative AI models, AI agents, and media production workflows.
The laptop will include Asus software such as MuseTree, which supports AI-assisted image creation, and StoryCube, which helps users organise digital media. The reported software ecosystem also includes support for tools such as ComfyUI and other AI-based workflows.
Running compatible AI workloads locally can help users keep project files on their devices and reduce dependence on cloud services. Actual performance will depend on the application, model, and hardware configuration.
