BRKZ Raises $31 Million to Expand AI-Powered Procurement Platform

Saudi Arabia-based building materials procurement platform BRKZ has raised $31 million in new funding to support its next phase of growth.

SUMMARY

  • BRKZ has raised $31 million in new funding to expand its AI-powered pricing and fulfillment technology and launch financing solutions.
  • The round includes $13 million in Series B equity and $18 million in growth debt from Stride Ventures.
  • BRKZ serves 1,500+ contractors, 150 building material factories and around 2,100 suppliers across Saudi Arabia.

The company will use the capital to improve its AI powered pricing and fulfillment engine and launch embedded financing solutions for contractors and suppliers.

The funding includes $13 million in Series B equity, co-led by Wa’ed Ventures the venture capital arm of Aramco and 500 Global. BECO Capital and ANB Capital also participated in the round.

BRKZ has also secured $18 million in growth debt from existing financing partner Stride Ventures. The debt is part of the company’s previously announced $30 million venture debt facility and will support working capital and flexible payment terms for customers.

The company has been growing rapidly with revenue expected to triple in 2026 after growing 2.5 times year-on-year in 2025.

BRKZ currently serves more than 1,500 contracting companies and 150 building materials factories, with around 2,100 local and international suppliers on its network. Since its launch, the company has sold more than $133 million in building materials and processed over $1.37 billion in requests for quotations (RFQs) through its platform.

BRKZ provides contractors, distributors and factories with a single platform to source local, imported and raw building materials. The platform also manages pricing, quality checks, logistics and flexible payment terms.

"Our continued investment in BRKZ reflects our confidence in the company’s ability to make building materials procurement more efficient, connected and data driven. We look forward to supporting the team as they further advance their AI capabilities and scale their impact across Saudi Arabia and the wider region," said Anas Alghatani, CEO, Wa'ed Ventures.

"Building materials procurement is one of the largest, least digitized categories in the Saudi economy, and BRKZ has methodically built the infrastructure and data needed to solve it at scale," said Amjad Ahmad, Managing Partner at 500 Global. "Our decision to co-lead this round was driven by the team's demonstrated execution: BRKZ sustained growth despite significant regional supply-chain disruption because contractors rely on the platform to deliver. This speaks to the strong operational foundation. We look forward to supporting the team as they deepen their AI capabilities, expand embedded financing, and grow across the region."

Commenting on the investment, Khalid S. Alghamdi, CEO of Anb Capital, said: “Saudi Arabia is building at extraordinary scale, and BRKZ is transforming how one of the Kingdom’s largest industries operates. By combining proprietary data, AI and embedded financing, the company is addressing a real and significant challenge in the construction supply chain. With more than SAR 5 billion of RFQs already processed, BRKZ has demonstrated both execution and scale. At anb capital, we see the potential for BRKZ to become an important technology-enabled infrastructure platform for the Kingdom and, over time, the wider region”

Founded in 2022 and based in Riyadh, BRKZ is an AI-powered building materials procurement platform serving contractors, factories and businesses across Saudi Arabia. It connects customers with local and international suppliers for a wide range of building and raw materials.

BRKZ also provides sourcing, logistics and flexible payment options through its platform. In 2025, the company was selected for the Saudi Unicorns Program.
