Carsome, car e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, has announced a multi-year partnership with Google Cloud and Searce to support its growth.
The collaboration will use Google Cloud’s technology in infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and AI to improve the car buying and selling experience for consumers and dealers strengthening Carsome’s market position.

He said that moving from multiple cloud providers to Google Cloud helps the company save costs while also providing secure and advanced data analytics and AI capabilities.
“This will enable our teams to deliver more dynamic and differentiated solutions and experiences for Carsome customers and partners across the region, from car listings and discovery, to financing and transacting, to after-sales support,” he added.
To improve security, meet compliance standards, and build customer trust, Carsome is using Google Cloud’s security tools for threat detection and response.

Carsome is using BigQuery and Vertex AI Agent Builder to add smart search features to its internal tools, helping employees easily find relevant information from the company’s growing database.
