Malaysian Catcha Digital Berhad Acquire 51 Percent Equity Interest in DS Services Sdn Bhd

Catcha Digital Berhad, a Malaysian digital media company, announced on Monday that it has signed an agreement to buy 51% of Malaysia-based digital consultancy DS Services Sdn Bhd (Digital Symphony) for MYR 22.95 million ($5.16 million).

Catcha Digital said this deal will create opportunities to offer services to both its own advertising clients and Digital Symphony’s clients.

Through this acquisition, Catcha Digital and its subsidiaries will be able to provide Digital Symphony’s data-driven marketing solutions while Digital Symphony can benefit from Catcha Digital’s large media network to expand its services.

This partnership is expected to boost growth for both companies, offering advertisers a smarter and more results-driven approach to digital marketing.

Founded in 2017 by Kuhan Kumar, Digital Symphony is a digital marketing consultancy in Malaysia and Singapore. It focuses on performance marketing by using automation, data analysis, and custom software to help brands meet their advertising goals.

The company provides solutions that improve digital advertising efficiency using its own software and machine learning.
