
Adyen, a global financial technology company, has expanded its long-term partnership with Cathay Pacific, the main airline of Hong Kong.
With this expansion, Adyen will now handle payment processing directly for Cathay Pacific in several countries, including Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Japan, and most recently, India.
The partnership between Adyen and Cathay Pacific started in 2014. Over time, it has grown from a small collaboration into an important part of the airline’s global payment and business strategy.
By using Adyen’s direct payment system, Cathay Pacific can approve more transactions, lower payment costs, and create new ways to increase its revenue.
