
CAVA Athleisure, a youth-focused direct-to-consumer (D2C) athleisure brand, has raised INR 40 crore in a Series A funding round led by Sharrp Ventures, which invested Rs 21 crore.
Other investors, including V3 Ventures and existing backer Spring Marketing Capital, also took part. CAVA plans to use the funds to launch new products, hire senior leaders, boost marketing efforts and expand its presence across both online and offline channels.

Founded in 2022 by Ria and Shreya Mittal, Cava Athleisure is a direct-to-consumer premium athleisure brand for both men and women.
The brand offers comfortable, high-quality, and stylish products such as leggings, joggers, and tops made using BCI cotton and recycled polyester. Cava mainly targets young consumers who are fitness-focused and active.
Cava follows a function-first and design-focused approach, creating clothing that can be worn every day.
Its products are made for comfort, high-quality fabric, and fits that suit Indian consumers, making them suitable for workouts, work, or daily wear.
