Celcius Logistics, a domestic cold-chain aggregator, raised $4.8 million in a pre-Series B financing headed by IvyCap Ventures.
Other investors in the round included Mumbai Angels and Caret Capital, as per a statement. Celcius Logistics helps stakeholders with last-mile and hyperlocal delivery by connecting shippers and transporters for all cold-chain needs.

IvyCap Ventures led a Series A funding round in April 2023 that raised Rs $12 million. It plans to use the new funds to expand its Transportation Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System.
The announcement said the Mumbai-based business wants to assist producers sell perishable products in over 500 locations in a year. It has 4,000 vehicles, 107 cold storage facilities, 27 distribution centres, and 200 hyperlocal riders nationwide.
“We enable manufacturers and transport companies, particularly in the food and pharma industries, to ensure seamless delivery of perishable items… Through the fresh funding, we aim to further penetrate our presence and bridge the demand-supply gap in the cold supply chain,” founder and CEO Swarup Bose said.

The platform transported approximately four lakh tonnes of dairy, pharma, fruit, seafood, and fresh agricultural product perishable freight. It serves Zomato, Spicejet, Reliance Pharma, Maersk, Prabhat Dairy, Baskin Robbins, Vadilal, Domino’s, Keventers, and Godrej Agrovet.
