Cyberint Technologies, a provider of external risk management solutions, has Acquired Check Point.
Through this acquisition, Check Point hopes to increase the range of services it offers Security Operations Center (SOC) staff members who are dedicated to identifying cyberthreats and mitigating particular risks associated with the gathering and improper use of corporate data.
Cyberint offers high-quality intelligence and practical solutions for problems including compromised employee credentials, fraudulent websites, and social media impersonation. Cyberint’s products may be implemented in less than 20 minutes. It’s products will be incorporated into Check Point’s Infinity platform.
Over 170 individuals work at Cyberint, which was founded in 2010 and has offices in Asia, the USA, and Israel. The organization works with clients all across the world, from Fortune 500 companies to small enterprises. Following the acquisition, which is anticipated to be completed by the end of this year, Check Point will hire the personnel of Cyberint.

Cyberint has raised $65 million from investors thus far, including the Viola and StageOne funds in addition to individual investors like Mario Segal and Dov Baharav. In the past six years, Check Point has purchased 10 Israeli companies, making this its 22nd acquisition overall.
