Coda Appoints Moonmoon Varma as Chief People Officer

Singapore-based Coda has appointed Moonmoon Varma as Chief People Officer. The company announced the appointment on October 6, 2026.

Varma will head Coda’s global people and talent team. She joins the company with more than two decades of experience in human resources across Asia Pacific and Europe.

Moonmoon Varma Brings 20+ Years of HR Experience

Before joining Coda, Varma was the Chief People Officer at Yum Brands. She has also worked in senior HR roles at Visa and Credit Suisse.

Her previous roles have given her experience in managing people functions at large international companies across different markets.

Coda Makes More Changes to Its Leadership Team

The appointment comes after two other changes to Coda’s senior leadership team this year.

Freddy Dijkman joined Coda as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), while Abhi Sharma, who previously served as CFO, moved into the Chief Operating Officer (COO) position.

Coda also announced a partnership with Digital Garage in September 2025. The companies are working to help gaming publishers expand monetization outside their apps.
