Cuorips Raises $19 Million in Private Placement Led by JIC Venture Growth

Cuorips will raise ¥2.99 billion (around $19 million) through a private placement led by JIC Venture Growth Investments and its JICVGI Opportunity Fund 1. The company announced the deal on September 11, 2026.
As part of the deal, Cuorips will issue 619,700 common shares at ¥4,841 per share through a third-party allotment. The share issuance is expected to close on September 28, 2026.
JICVGI Opportunity Fund 1, managed by JIC Venture Growth Investments, will become a new investor in Cuorips and hold a 6.98% stake after the transaction.
Cuorips will incur ¥23.23 million in issuance costs, leaving the company with net proceeds of approximately ¥2.98 billion.
The transaction has been approved by Cuorips’ board and is intended to provide the company with additional funding to support its business growth.
