Danube Properties has launched Shahrukhz by Danube, a 55-storey premium commercial tower in Dubai named after Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan.
The project is a collaboration between Shah Rukh Khan and Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Group, marking 33 years of success for both icons.
Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the tower is designed to be a major business landmark for “empire builders, innovators, and visionaries.”
The project was announced at an event in Mumbai, attended by Shah Rukh Khan, Rizwan Sajan, and several industry leaders.
Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Group, highlighted the shared history: “Both Shah Rukh Khan and Danube began their journeys 33 years ago… ‘Shahrukhz by Danube’ unites these two stories of humble beginnings and relentless ambition.”
The project covers more than 1 million square feet of built-up space and combines luxury with modern innovation, with units starting at $460,000. It will include over 40 high-end amenities such as a sky pool, valet services, exclusive business lounges, and even a helipad designed for future air taxis.
Its prime location offers easy access to major Dubai landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Airport, making it a highly convenient spot for businesses.
Danube is introducing its signature 1% monthly payment plan for the project, making it easier for buyers to own a unit.
Shah Rukh Khan, speaking at the launch, said: “It is humbling and deeply touching to have a landmark in Dubai carry my name. Dubai has always been a special place for me… SHAHRUKHZ by Danube is a symbol of how far belief and hard work can take you. I’m honoured to be associated with Danube.”
