Dazz, an Israeli unified security remediation company, closed a $50 million investment round headed by Greylock, Cyberstarts, Insight Partners, and Index Ventures.

New funding takes the company’s total to $110 million. Without a valuation, “TechCrunch” reported that the money was raised at roughly $400 million.

Dazz will use the extra money to help security and engineering teams decrease exposure and speed risk prioritisation and remediation using AI.

CEO Merav Bahat, CTO Tomer Schwartz, and VP R&D Yuval Ofir launched Dazz in 2021. Dazz claims significant client development with Fortune 500 and hyper-growth firms including BHG Financial, Healthfirst, TaxSlayer, iCapital, and Abnormal Security in financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology, retail, and manufacturing.

The Company Unified Remediation Platform automatically finds and manages 1.2 billion vulnerabilities and resolves close to 500 million issues at root causes, saving security and engineering time and lowering security incidents.

It claims that between 2023 and 2024, it tripled its sales team, expanded into the US, Europe, and Israel, and saw a 400% increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR).

Bahat says, “In a world where security breaches occur on average every 11 seconds, the constant rise in AI-powered threats presents a prominent danger of more efficient and scalable attacks. At Dazz, we are experiencing remarkable business momentum, thanks to a critical market gap that Dazz uniquely addresses. The last year proved that our innovation and execution leads to unprecedented growth, which this new round of funding will accelerate.”

It’s patented AI, automation, and root-cause analysis solutions let security and engineering teams detect, prioritise, and patch vulnerabilities in hours instead of weeks.
