Deeptech Startup Kluisz.ai Raises $9.6M Seed Round Led by RTP Global

Kluisz.ai, a cloud platform powered by AI, has raised $9.6 million in its seed funding round. The round was led by RTP Global, a global early-stage venture capital firm.

Other investors include Unicorn India Ventures, Blume Founders Fund, Climber Capital, and well-known angels like Ritesh Agarwal (OYO), Dr. Ritesh Malik (Innov8), and Aditya Virwani (Embassy Group).

The startup will use the money to hire more engineers in Bengaluru, speed up building its product, and help early customers start using it.

“We’re building a software company that offers a next-gen private cloud platform for the GenAI era. We’re building a developer-first, zero-trust, AI-native orchestration platform for such environments—be it on-premises, edge, or sovereign deployments. Our system embeds intelligence into security, observability, and workload management, allowing enterprises to operate more autonomously with less manual overhead,” said Abhinav Sinha, Co-founder and CEO of Kluisz.ai.

“Abhinav, Vamshi and Abhijeet bring world-class experience and vision to this space. This is a team with deep technical experience and the product and market instinct to reimagine the private cloud in the AI era.  We’re excited to back them”, added Madhur Makkar, Principal at RTP Global.

Bhaskar Majumdar, Managing Partner, Unicorn India Ventures, said, “Indian deeptech startups are breaking innovation barriers and with the right capital support, the highly experienced founders that are launching their businesses will put India on the global deep tech map. Kluisz.ai is taking enterprises in the direction of AI-led high-performance businesses. Their AI-deployed cloud management, which helps large teams to stay on top of the game while being secure and compliant, is a game-changing offering. At Unicorn India Ventures, it has been our thesis to back founders with such audacious goals.”

Kluisz.ai was started by Abhinav Sinha, Vamshidhar Reddy, and Abhijeet Singh. They are building a cloud platform that helps businesses run, grow, and manage AI and edge computing tasks easily.

Right now, the platform is available for early users. It is open-source and lets companies automate their cloud systems based on how well they perform, cost, and rules they need to follow. It also gives clear visibility and uses AI to manage tasks. The platform works with different setups like hybrid clouds, on-premise, edge, and special local clouds.

At first, Kluisz.ai will focus on industries like banking, finance, manufacturing, and others that use edge computing a lot.
