SUMMARY
- Encore AI has raised US$30 million in a Series A funding round led by Team8 and Plaven.
- The funding will help Encore AI expand its AI-powered customer interaction platform.
- Founded in 2022, the company aims to make AI-powered customer interactions more natural and effective.
Several global financial institutions also invested in Encore AI. They first became customers of the company and later decided to invest after seeing how the platform improved their businesses.
Dvir Ginzburg, Encore AI's CEO and co-founder, said: "We focus on every interaction a customer has with an organization. We analyze how service representatives perform those interactions today and use that knowledge to create AI agents that deliver a better customer experience."
"The new name represents the experience we want to create," he added. "Most interactions with AI today are frustrating and don't make people want to come back. Much of the technology behind today's AI assistants is our own. Now that the technology has matured, we're introducing a new generation of AI agents that people actually want to interact with."
Ginzburg said the company's technology was built on years of research. "We needed a deep infrastructure, and we developed one of the few platforms capable of combining structured numerical data with voice and text. Since the company was founded, we've been able to merge financial and insurance data into a unified understanding of the customer, and we're now applying those capabilities to AI agents that can communicate naturally with end users."
Founded in 2022 by Dr. Dvir Ginzburg, Encore AI, previously known as Insait IO, is a customer interaction platform that helps businesses increase sales and improve customer engagement.
The platform uses AI to find missed sales opportunities in customer data and suggests ways to improve them. It helps businesses identify where they can increase revenue and improve customer interactions.
Encore AI also uses AI agents trained on the best practices of top-performing employees. These AI agents can support customer service teams or work on their own 24/7 across voice calls, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, and virtual assistants in multiple languages.
