Enrola Raises $2.1 Mn Seed Funding to Grow AI-Powered Sales Platform

Enrola has raised US$2.1 million in Seed funding to develop AI agents that help consumer-facing businesses engage potential customers and increase sales.

SUMMARY

  • Enrola has raised US$2.1 million in Seed funding led by Purpose Ventures.
  • Existing investors Antler, AfterWork Ventures, and Skalata also joined the round.
  • Its AI agents respond to leads 24/7 via SMS, qualify prospects, and book calls or complete sales.

The funding round was led by Purpose Ventures, with participation from existing investors Antler, AfterWork Ventures, and Skalata.

The investment comes after Enrola shifted its focus from its original education comparison platform to building AI-powered sales technology.

Thomas, Enrola’s CEO, said higher-value purchases are not an impulse buy, calling it “high-consideration B2C”.

“The way people buy has already changed, and it is going to keep changing fast,” she said.

“We build the agents that let our customers meet buyers wherever buying actually happens, today and as it shifts to agent-to-human and agent-to-agent. This is not about adding one more channel. It is about being ready for however people choose to buy next.”

Founded in 2023 by Jo Thomas and Yvette Quinby, Enrola is an AI-powered sales platform that helps businesses turn potential customers into paying customers through text-based conversations.

Its AI sales agents reply to customer inquiries within seconds through SMS, work 24/7, qualify leads, answer questions, handle objections, and book calls or complete sales for business teams.
