Evatto Raises $1.02 Million in Pre-Seed Round Led by Purpose Ventures

Sydney-based event management startup Evatto has raised $1.02 million in pre-Seed funding in a round led by Perth-based Purpose Ventures. The company will use the funding for product development, international expansion, and hiring.

What is Evatto?

Founded in 2025 by Hailey Mason and Chris Toward, Evatto is building an AI-powered enterprise platform for managing complex event programs.

Its platform helps event teams handle event scoping, stakeholder coordination, approval workflows, documentation, and operational readiness. It aims to reduce the need for spreadsheets, emails, and repetitive templates used to manage large events.

Evatto is already working with organisations including the Invictus Games and Canada Snowboard, and is running pilot programs with other enterprise customers.
