Exits MENA Signs Multi-Million-Dollar Deal to Acquire Avanz Capital Egypt

Exits MENA, an investment platform and advisory firm focused on startups and SMEs in the MENA region, has announced a multi-million-dollar deal to acquire Avanz Capital Egypt (ACE). The transaction is being completed in partnership with ACE’s existing local management team.

The deal has received initial approval from Egypt’s Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA). It is an important step in Exits MENA’s plan to build a broader financial group serving investors, startups, SMEs, and financial institutions across Egypt and the wider MENA region.
ACE’s existing management team, led by CEO and Managing Director Haytham Wagih, will continue to run the company and manage its investment activities after the acquisition.
The deal is also designed to provide continuity and confidence for ACE’s existing investors and clients. At the same time, it will help create a stronger platform for developing new private investment opportunities across the region.

Founded in 2022 by Mohamed Abuelnaga Nagaty, Ayman El Tanbouly, and Ahella El Saban, Exits MENA has expanded its operations into more than seven global markets. The company works on investment deals and provides strategic advisory services to businesses.
Exits MENA has built a network of more than 75 partnerships with regional and international organisations. It has also launched three investment-readiness programmes and supported more than 2,000 businesses across the region.
