FPT and Sembcorp Partner to Drive AI and Sustainable Growth in APAC

Under the agreement, the two companies will look at working together in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation, data center development, renewable energy, and sustainable urban solutions.

The partnership combines FPT’s expertise in AI and digital transformation with Sembcorp’s experience in energy and sustainable urban development. The two companies will initially focus on creating AI-powered solutions for energy utilities and urban infrastructure. These solutions will use data analytics, automation, smart operations, and predictive maintenance to improve efficiency, reliability, and customer experience.

FPT and Sembcorp will also explore opportunities to build energy-efficient data centres and strengthen cloud ecosystems. In addition, they will look at using technology to support smart city development, renewable energy projects, energy transition, carbon management, and other sustainability and ESG initiatives.

To achieve these goals, FPT and Sembcorp plan to organize workshops, training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions. These activities will help teams from both companies work closely together, exchange ideas and share expertise to support innovation and collaboration.
