Furnishka Raises $2.8 Mn in Extended Pre-Series A Round to Support Business Expansion

Among the investors are PhysicsWallah founders Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari, along with Udaan co-founder Sujeet Kumar.

Furnishka has allotted 3,183 preference shares at Rs 84,157 per share to raise the funds.

Bhaarath Sang is the largest investor in the round, contributing Rs 10.3 crore. Beenext Asia is investing Rs 3.35 crore, while Onyx InVen and Amit Jain are each putting in Rs 2.37 crore.

Mohit Gupta and Jnabiz Consulting are investing around Rs 2 crore each. Sujeet Kumar is investing about Rs 1 crore, while Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari have each committed Rs 1.14 crore.

Shantanu Jain and Manish Dugar are investing approximately Rs 94.3 lakh and Rs 15.1 lakh, respectively.

With the latest investment, Furnishka’s total funding has reached around Rs 70 crore. The company had earlier raised Rs 27 crore in October 2024 in a pre-Series A funding round led by IndiaQuotient.

The previous funding also included Sparrow Capital and angel investors such as Udaan co-founder Sujeet Kumar and Ramakant Sharma.

Founded in 2023 by Ganesh Pawar, Furnishka is a Bengaluru-based furniture startup with both online and offline stores. The company offers furniture for living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms with a focus on customized products and an efficient supply chain.
