South Korea-Based Global ZEUS has Partnered with PulseForge

A recognized supplier of advanced semiconductor processing systems, Global ZEUS, has formed a strategic relationship with PulseForge, an industry pioneer in advanced semiconductor solutions.

The goal of this partnership is to provide completely automated photonic debonding instruments specifically designed for the South Korean semiconductor industry, thereby increasing productivity and economy.

The collaboration uses Global ZEUS’s experience in semiconductor processing technology and PulseForge’s cutting-edge photonic debonding technology to produce a smooth, integrated solution.

Through this collaborative effort, Korean manufacturers will have access to a cutting-edge photonic debonding tool that is engineered to satisfy growing demands in semiconductor production for increased yield, throughput, and cost-effectiveness.
