Israeli real estate platform for the hospitality and short-term rental sectors Guesty declared the closing of a $130 million Series F funding round, which was spearheaded by international investment company KKR. The round was also attended by Inovia Capital and current investors Apax, MSD, and Sixth Street.
The additional funding will go into market consolidation in order to assist Guesty’s global expansion as well as the ongoing development of its enterprise-level platform for property managers. Joining Guesty on the board are KKR partner Stephen Shanley, KKR tech growth principal Lauriane Requena, and Innovia partner Dennis Kavelman.

By addressing some of their major problems, Guesty’s platform gives individual hosts and business and SMB property managers the resources they need to oversee the whole rental process.
