Dailoqa Names Former Microsoft BFSI Head Sonali Kulkarni as Partner

Compliance solutions company Dailoqa has appointed Sonali Kulkarni as a Partner. She will lead the company's business development and functional teams as Dailoqa expands its Broccoli platform in India and international markets.

Sonali Kulkarni has more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation and technology strategy. She has worked mainly in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sectors.

She joins Dailoqa from Microsoft, where she served as Country Head, BFSI, India and South Asia since March 2024. In this role, she helped financial institutions adopt AI technologies.

Before Microsoft, Kulkarni spent 11 years at Accenture, where she became a Managing Director and led the company's Financial Services business in India.

Earlier in her career, she also held senior leadership positions at EY and GE Capital, gaining extensive experience in finance and technology.

At Dailoqa, Kulkarni will work closely with the company's co-founders and partner network. She will focus on strengthening relationships with enterprise customers, growing the business and supporting the company's expansion in India and global markets.

Commenting on her appointment, Kulkarni said, "The financial services industry is entering a decisive phase. Digital is fast becoming a legacy. Dailoqa is an AI-powered consulting company that focuses on compliance solutions for the financial services industry. The company develops AI tools to help banks, wealth management firms and insurance companies work more efficiently while meeting regulatory requirements.

Its main platform, Broccoli, provides secure and ready-to-use AI workflows for businesses in banking, wealth management, and insurance. The platform helps financial organizations improve their operations while maintaining compliance and security.
