Hoko Agency Acquires UAE-Based Virtual World Company Everdome

Hoko has bought Everdome, a virtual world company based in the UAE.

This smart purchase helps grow HumAIn Assets, the newest project from the Hoko Agency.

HumAIn Assets helps the content industry by combining human creativity, artificial intelligence (AI), and social interaction to make content creation better and easier.

With this acquisition, HumAIn Assets is moving faster toward its goals.

It combines the easy-to-use and scalable features of popular platforms like Uber, Phofer, and Instagram with Web 3.0 values — like transparency, decentralized interaction, and new payment systems — all powered by AI.

Through this deal, Everdome (also known by its symbol “$DOME”) and its leadership team will join the HumAIn Assets project.

HumAIn Assets is a platform built to transform how digital content — like images, videos, and text — is created, shared, and experienced.

Bali Singh, Chairman of the Board at Hoko Agency, explained that the company focuses on delivering a wide range of high-quality content.

They aim to influence audiences effectively, share content on time, and always maintain the highest standards of creativity.

Artificial intelligence can handle much of the content creation process by itself.

But to make content truly special — with the right creative touch, timing, and context — human creativity is still needed. That’s what turns average content into something unique and exceptional.

Everdome, which started in 2022, creates virtual world experiences.

It has worked with companies like OKX and Alpine Web3 and has also been part of meaningful projects like the UAE government’s Ready Platform.
