Gurugram Startup Hulp Secures $2.6 Mn to Scale AI Concierge Services

The funding round was co-led by Sparrow Capital and BITKRAFT Ventures. It also included investments from DeVC (Z47) and several angel investors, including PB Fintech Co-founder and Chairman Yashish Dahiya.

Hulp will use the new funding to expand its AI-powered workflows and improve the way it delivers its services.

The company also plans to strengthen its leadership and technology teams and expand its operations to more major cities across India.

Hulp combines AI with trusted human expertise to simplify everyday living, enabling people to delegate, coordinate and accomplish real-world tasks. We aim to become the trusted assistance platform for millions of urban households in the next two years,’’ Tarun Mathur, co-founder and CEO of Hulp, said.

Sparrow Capital general partner Darshit Vora said convenience-led services could gain traction among urban consumers with limited time for routine household work.

“India's premium consumer is time-starved and money-rich, and any product built on convenience will see strong adoption in this class. Every week, consumers spend hours on mundane, unplanned chores - imagine having a personal assistant for your household to delegate all of it to. That's exactly what Hulp is building. Solving this at scale isn't just a product problem - it needs operational chops that combine people, process, and Al to solve a large, messy, unstructured space. Founded in April 2026 by Tarun Mathur, Neha Kulwal and Vishal Singh Khutel, Hulp is a personal assistance and concierge platform that helps people manage their everyday tasks.

Users can assign daily, weekly, monthly, or one-time tasks through WhatsApp or the Hulp mobile app. They can also send voice messages to request tasks.

Each request is managed by dedicated personal assistants supported by AI-powered systems, making it easier and faster for users to get their tasks completed.
